TrueSketch ("we", "our") is a product of MehyarSoft. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Your name and birthdate — provided by you, to personalize your portrait sketch and reading.
• Your words about yourself — the personality and goals you describe, which shape your reading.
• An optional selfie — used only as a loose artistic style reference for your sketch, then deleted. Never used in marketing without your permission.
• Your email address — to deliver your sketch and reading, send your gallery link, and (only if you opt in) send reading tips.
• Your IP address — used only for rate limiting (one free sketch per IP) and abuse prevention. We do not build profiles from it.

How we use it

• To generate your portrait sketch and reading, and to deliver them to you via email and your private gallery link.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service (including preventing abuse of the free tier).
• We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Data retention

• Selfies are deleted after your sketch is generated.
• Paid order records (name, email, sketch, reading) are kept so your private gallery link keeps working — delete anytime by emailing us.
• Free-tier inputs are kept only to enforce the one-per-IP limit.

Your choices

• Access / deletion: email team@mehyar.us and we will export or delete your data.
• Unsubscribe: every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link; you can also unsubscribe anytime at truesketch.mehyar.us/unsubscribe.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Children

TrueSketch is for entertainment and is intended for users 18 and older.
