Terms of Service

By using TrueSketch ("the service"), you agree to these terms. TrueSketch is a product of MehyarSoft.

The product

• Paid reading — $37 one-time. A personalized AI portrait sketch plus a two-page AI-written reading, delivered in minutes to your email and a private gallery link. No subscription, no recurring charges.
• Free sketch — one per person. A single AI-generated sketch with a sample watermark plus a short reading excerpt. Limit one per IP address; abuse of the limit may result in blocked access.

Delivery & refunds

• This is a digital deliverable, delivered automatically after checkout, usually within minutes.
• 7-day redo-or-refund: if you don't love your sketch or reading, email team@mehyar.us within 7 days of purchase. We'll regenerate it once, free — or refund you in full. Your choice.
• Refunds go to the original payment method and are processed within 5–10 business days.
• The free tier is free: no refunds apply to it.

Entertainment only

The sketches are artistic interpretations and likeness is not guaranteed. The readings are AI-written for entertainment and self-reflection — not psychic guidance, not medical, legal, or financial advice, and not a prediction of your future.

Ownership & acceptable use

• Paid deliverables are yours: full rights, forever. Print, post, gift, or sell your portrait and reading. No attribution required.
• Free-tier output carries a "SAMPLE" watermark. You may share it personally, but you may not sell it, use it commercially, or remove/crop the watermark.
• Don't abuse the service: no scraping, no reselling the generation pipeline, no attempts to bypass the one-free-sketch limit, no unlawful or infringing uploads.

Your content

You keep all rights to the text and photos you provide. You grant us only the license needed to generate and deliver your sketch and reading. Optional selfies are deleted after generation.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service ($37).

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted by the "last updated" date above.
